Privacy policy

How we handle the information you give us through this website. This policy covers the website only; how we look after your child's medical records is explained when you book.

Who we are

BZ Clinic is the trading name of Dr Bozena Zoric, a consultant paediatrician providing private ADHD assessments for children at West Byfleet Consulting Rooms, Madeira Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6DH. Dr Zoric is the data controller for information collected through this website, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZB889110). You can contact us at admin@bzclinic.org or on 07957 909754.

What we collect through the website

When you send an enquiry using the form, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your child's age, what you are looking for, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message box. We ask you not to include medical details in the form.

The ADHD questionnaire on this website runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us and are not stored anywhere.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry only to reply to you and to arrange an appointment if you want one. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to our clinic manager at admin@bzclinic.org. It is delivered by an email service provider acting on our instructions. The website itself does not store enquiries. We never sell your information or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiry emails as we deal with them. If you do not go ahead with an appointment, we do not keep your details. If you do, your details become part of your child's clinic record, which is kept in line with the retention rules for medical records.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising tools. To count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not follow you across other websites or build a profile of you. The map on some pages is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads; see Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing admin@bzclinic.org. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
